The following seminars are currently available: Stewardship Ministry: a discussion of the basic areas to a well rounded stewardship ministry including service, tithing, and planned giving. Wills & Trust Basics: a discussion of the basic concepts, need for, and uses of wills and trusts. We do include information on several types of wills and trusts. Estate and Gift Planning Basics: a discussion of the basic concepts of estate planning, tax laws, and the effect of proper planning. We include information on will, trusts, gift annuities, charitable remainder trust and other estate and gifting vehicles. Endowment Development and Promotion: a discussion of the basic concepts of endowments and the benefits and pit falls of an endowment ministry. Sample documents for an endowment ministry are provided and the development and promotion of the ministry is explored. We can work with you and your congregation to develop a seminar or presentation that will be helpful to your congregation, community or ministry. We can also provide ideas and materials to help promote your seminar.
