SEI manages two pools of assets, an equity pool and a fixed income pool. SEI managers utilize a static investment style to achieve their results. Investors in the SEI fund may select from one of asset allocation models: v Equity Model 100% stocks v Growth and Income Model 65% stocks and 35% bonds v Balanced Model 50% stocks and 50% bonds v Income and Growth Model 35% stocks and 65% bonds v Income Model 100% bonds Click here to learn how to participate in the Investment Trust Fund If the church desires more flexibility in asset allocation of a different style of investment management, the Foundation also offers investment pools with the General Broad of Pensions & Health Benefits (GBOP) and three other non-screened pools. The GBOP utilizes a static style of investment management. v Money Market Fund is designed to achieve money market rates of return and will invest in short term cash instruments. (non-screened) v GBOP Short Term Investment Fund is a bond fund that seeks to maximize current income consistent with preservation of capital. The fund invests primarily in a broad range of high quality bonds with a short-term maturity. v GBOP Bond Fund’s objective is to earn current income by investing in a broad mix of investment-grade fixed income securities. The average maturity of securities held in this fund is approximately 7½ years. v GBOP Multiple Asset Fund’s objective is to maximize long-term investment returns, including current income and capital appreciation, while reducing short-term risk by investing in a broad mix of investment instruments. v Managed Mutual Fund is a diversified multiple-asset class fund of funds. The objective is to obtain capital appreciation over the long term while at times providing a low level of current income to reduce portfolio volatility. (non-screened) v World Allocation Fund – The Fund seeks long-term growth of capital by investing in a wide range of asset classes from markets in the United States and around the world. The Fund is managed with a highly disciplined, bottom-up, value oriented style intended to help minimize risk. Management searches the globe for undervalued common stocks, bonds, preferred and convertible securities and, at times, real estate and gold related investments. This fund utilizes a tactical style investment manager. v GBOP Global Stock Fund’s investment objective is to earn long-term capital appreciation from a broadly diversified portfolio that includes both domestic and foreign stocks.
