Services for:
· We offer educational assistance and opportunities to churches in planned giving, endowment development, stewardship and investment modeling. · We support our churches in development, promotion and management of their endowment and planned giving programs. · We provide professional investment management pools for our churches to utilize for their endowment and other investment funds. · We manage many endowments and trusts which benefit our churches. · We facilitate gifts from individuals which a church may not have the resources to accept, such as gifts of stock or real estate.
· We provide educational seminars and support in planned giving including possible tax benefits of certain types of gifts. · We counsel with individuals on questions relating to their personal estate or financial planning as it relates to their desires to benefit the Church. · We facilitate gifts of real or personal property to churches from individuals. For more information on what you can give · We offer various charitable gift tools such as charitable gift annuities, charitable remainder trust, lead trust, life estates or endowed funds which may benefit a church or United Methodist mission, ministry or agency.
· We administer several endowments and trusts for the benefit of churches, agencies and groups within the Annual Conference. · We provide support for groups within the Conference in developing fund raising processes and expectations. · We offer fellowship and educational opportunities for our retired ministers. |
