Royce L. Ruckman, CPA, AEP
Director of Investment Services
Royce
served as Executive Director of the Foundation and Loan Fund from July
1996 through October 2008. He then became Chief Executive Officer. Royce
is now serving as Director of Investment Services on a part time basis.
He is responsible for oversight and operation of the Foundation
Investment Service Fund, including services to participants,
reporting, etc.
Royce holds a BS degree in Business Administration from Manchester College. He also holds certification as a Certified Public Accountant and Accredited Estate Planner.
Prior to joining the Foundation in 1996, Royce operated a CPA firm for 23 years. During those years he specialized in estate planning and related fields. He has written many articles for, and served as adviser for, several national publications on estate and business planning topics. He also wrote a book on estate and business succession planning and regularly presented professional level seminars on a local, regional and national level.
Royce and his wife Janice live in Huntington and have three adult children. They have both been involved in many community organizations and are active leaders in their local church.
