Manet Shettle, CPA
Executive Director
Manet has been involved with the Indiana
Conference for many years both as a staff person and as a committed
volunteer. She most recently has served as the Sr. Manager of Finance
and Administration for Impact 2818, the camping ministry of the
Conference. Prior to that, she served 12 years as the Controller of the
Conference.
Manet is currently serving as the lay leader of her local church and for the Marion District. She has been actively involved with the North Indiana Conference Board of Laity, served on the NIC Nominations Committee and has been an alternate delegate to the last two Jurisdictional Conferences.
Manet is also very active in her community. She has served on the local YMCA Board, volunteers in the local schools, as a coach for several sports teams and participates in a wide variety of charitable activities. She is a 20-year member of the Indiana CPA Society and has served on the Non-for-Profit Committee in the past.
Manet is married to Pat Shettle. They have two children: their daughter is a freshman at Ball State University and was the past president of the North Indiana Conference Council on Youth Ministry. Their son is a high school freshman and is very active in the Boy Scouts. Manet is also related to John and Carolyn Shettle (a common question) who are her father & mother in-law, respectfully, and have been extremely active in the United Methodist Church over the years.
