Loan Application
Please contact us if your church or institution is interested in a loan. You will find our loan application to be rather simple, straight-forward, and easy to complete. Once we receive your completed application, we will compare your data to our established guidelines and submit your application to our Loan Committee. We will notify you immediately regarding the Loan Committee action. If they approve the loan, we will issue a Loan Commitment Letter.
Loans are made on first come, first served basis. That is, those churches applying for, and being approved, are first in line to get their loan before churches applying later.
