Borrowing from the Loan Fund
Loan Terms
We provide financing while streamlining the loan application and closing process. Every effort is made to keep the application process as simple as possible and ask for only the information necessary to safeguard our depositors’ interest.
We do not charge loan fees or points like most lenders. We only charge borrowers a $750 closing cost, which covers the cost of a lien search, mortgage recording fees, normal document preparations, and any other incidental expenses incurred by the Loan Fund. Occasionally our loan committee (or Board) requires other items such as title insurance, survey, appraisal, environmental audit, etc. Those expenses would also be passed on to the borrower.
