Borrowing from the Loan Fund
Types of Loans
Property Loans – We make loans for purchasing, constructing, expanding, or remodeling churches, parsonages and other church facilities.
Construction Loans – Construction draws against the loan will be made at agreed stages of construction. Borrower will pay interest only on the loan during the construction period. After construction is complete, monthly payments of principal and interest are required.
Refinance Loans - If you are facing high interest rates, we offer refinancing at competitive rates for up to 20 years. We do not charge fees or points. We only charge $750 closing cost. See “Loan Terms.”
Equipment Loans - We make loans for computers, copiers, vehicles, musical instruments or other equipment (loan minimum of $20,000.00)
